No papers have been promulgated to PubMed yet

There have been no papers promulgated to PubMed yet, but this is where the Editor will place them, once they have cleared Peer Review and been sent off :)

The text will be converted into XML DTD format and (every month or so) sent off to PubMed for dissemination. When PubMed Central has published the document, a link will be created on another Journal page to the PubMed Central formatted paper. It will all look very nice, trust me :--)

The Paper and its entire discussion thread will be moved here, including any negative reviews. However, two positive reviews from qualified reviewers will solely determine if a paper is sent forward to Pubmed Central.

Healthy scientific debate is the reason that papers are published. (Signed) dissenting views are welcomed, and will be archived here, along with the paper.
